Self-Defense without a firearm, and firearm fundamentals for All Ages (women only classes are available. Private group bookings available).

Our lead instructor has developed this course with her own life experience and training in mind. This is combined with formal and practical self-defense training on crucial elements such as break holds. Having the experience of being a victim, being a police officer protecting victims, and also leading a successful campaign to advocate change to the law on victim’s rights and the protection of women legally, our lead instructor has an in-depth and unique perspective on unarmed, personal self-defense.

An example of topics covered in this interactive course include:

  • What makes a victim.

  • How not to be a victim.

  • How to survive.

  • The law.

  • The survivor mindset.

  • Unarmed self-defense.

  • Restraint and control tactics.

  • The importance of evidence, evidence collection and marking perpetrators.

  • Practical exercises.

  • Non-lethal self-defense weapons.

Cost: $75 per single, private booking, in your home or at our location (or $25 for our monthly class) Length: 3 hours.

Please note: This course can be delivered to a small group of women, teenagers within a home environment.

The course can be altered to suit individual requirements, or the wishes of a group.
